Oh, the drama! Judge Terrell has now refused to recuse himself from the family's Brooks County case. Judge Bañales is the judge assigned to review my request. He sent me a letter stating that I must file a "motion to recuse" with the court. Then, he will review it and decide if Judge Terrell will be removed. So, that's what I did this morning:Oct 30,
