Oilfield Workers Hijacked at XOM EP Monte Cristo Field

Breaking News...Just got a call from the El Paso Exploration and Production staff warning us that a white pick-up with a light bar (cop style lights) has been pulling over and hijacking El Paso contractors that exited the McCook EP leases on the public roadway - right by the Southern Disposal and El Paso's Monte Cristo office. This all went down before lunch today. Apparently, the fake cops were part of a bajadore crew that planned to hijack a load of immigrants from a cloned oilfield truck that cuts across the fields there. But, they couldn't tell the real oilfield trucks from the fake oilfield trucks. It was three guys in fake cop uniforms. One oilfield worker from Baker Hughes tried to run on foot, and the perps whacked him in the face with the butt end of a shot gun. Then, they went to rob him and he only had $5, and they got really mad, and beat the crap out of him. Then, along came a Nabors Drilling crew. The pseudo cops stopped the Nabors Drilling crew thinking they might be the truck of immigrants. They weren't, so they just robbed them and took off.
(Click for law enforcement affidavits about this fake oilfield vehicle problem in the area)
There is now real law enforcement patrolling from El Paso's McCook's lease all the way to the McGill lease on FM 755 looking for them. So... be careful out there you oilfield guys. Stay off the back roads -- as if there is any other kind of road around here. Real law enforcement, fake law enforcement, real oilfield workers, fake oilfield workers, real Border Patrol, fake Border Patrol. This is one dangerous slice of country!
That wasn't the only excitement in the Vicksburg Consolidation field today: On the main ranch road by the McGill Bros. #612 header, there is a 7 inch wide hole with vapors and natural gas fluids spewing out. The oilfield guys love when we call in leaks on a Friday afternoon because they get overtime! If, and only if, they make it to the site without being mistaken for fake cloned dope and immigrant hauling oilfield trucks and get hijacked. I've got some more interesting video of this spectacle - I'll post a youtube video later.

Last week, on that same property, some smugglers smashed through the fence. There vehicle caught on fire and burned a lot of crops.

It's sad that no matter how safe we think we are being, the mexican gangs are taking over and as to what I've heard they want their property back and say that eventually it will happen. This is getting really scary and we think we might be safe because of the added security but yet we're not. We need more security in the areas that this crimes are happening at.
